Regular Inspections
To keep your property in its best condition and ensure maximum security, we carry out a weekly inspection during periods when it is unoccupied. We check that all utilities are working — electricity, water, alarm and so on — and examine the property for leaks, damp, the security of windows, doors and locks, and general wear and tear. Lights are checked and bulbs replaced as needed.
Property Maintenance
Having operated on the coast for over 40 years, we have an established maintenance team for every requirement — covering all trades from electrical to carpentry, floor polishing to decorating. We offer a snagging service for owners buying new, project management for renovation or building work, and an emergency service for the unforeseen.
Key Management
To maintain a high level of security, every key movement is carefully recorded and monitored, and keys are always kept secure when not in use. We recommend security-coded keys to prevent unregistered copies being made. A 24-hour key collection service is also available.
Cleaning & Laundry
A full range of cleaning and laundry services for you or your guests. For owners who rent their properties, our pooled laundry system streamlines the issue of linen and helps keep costs down.
Client Arrival Services
From collecting owners, visitors or guests from the airport with our dedicated taxi service to arranging car hire, we’ve got arrivals covered. Food packs, flowers — even Christmas trees — can be in place for your arrival, giving your guests that special welcome.
Pool & Garden Services
We provide garden and pool maintenance staff to care for your property, or simply supervise your existing staff to make sure standards are maintained and the necessary work is done.
Legal, Fiscal, Office & Utilities
Owning a property in Spain comes with responsibilities. We can offer sound advice and point you in the right direction so your legal and fiscal requirements are handled correctly and efficiently. Our office is at your disposal to keep in touch with home, and we can monitor — and pay, if required — your utility and insurance bills.
Rental Management
A property standing empty for much of the year is a missed opportunity. We supply all the local services needed to give your renters a pleasant, trouble-free stay — from simple key handling to a personal meet and greet, food hampers, floral bouquets and bubbly, plus on-site assistance whenever it’s needed.
